My name is Les. I am the former owner, roaster and barrista at Cool
Beans Coffee Pub.

Here is our progress so far:

4) We have a fully functional roaster. It is a Diedrich IR-3.

5) We have a limited inventory of coffees. Just scraping the money
together to place an order at this point. We do have Columbia, Brazil,
Nicaragua, and a Decaf Brazil. We can roast those to order. Let me know
